Commercial Break Workout

Sometimes, the couch uses its crazy magnet powers to keep you from going to the gym. I know this trick all too well. But here’s one of my favorite workouts to do while watching tv!

During commercial breaks, do each exercise for the duration of each commercial (So for the entire commercial, repeat the exercise. When the commercial changes, move to the next exercise):

  • Burpees
  • Squats
  • Pushups
  • Crunches
  • Lunges
  • Bicep curls (hand weights are recommended. But whether or not you use hand weights, be sure to squeeze your bicep throughout the exercise in order to achieve maximum results)
  • High knees
  • Plank 
  • Right Side Plank
  • Left Side Plank

Repeat these exercises for the duration of the show or movie!
